Research project: "Data Analysis and Monitoring for a Sustainable Agriculture (DASA)"

 Previous element Next element

Goal

The overall goal of this project is to process and query time-series data.

Objectives

  1. To develop algorithms for the imputation of missing values in time series (e.g., sensors failure).
  2. To develop algorithms to search for most similar subsequences in time series (e.g., most similar summer).
  3. To develop algorithms to summarise data series and to identify the most significant changes (e.g., stock market).
  4. To integrate the processing of time series data into existing DBMSs.

Topics

Processing time series data

Key technologies

PostgreSQL

Applications
