Goal

The overall goal of this project is the usage of recommendation techniques to minimize the human effort in the selection of news articles.

Objectives

  1. To reduce human effort in the manual selection of clippings by learning document relevance for an organisation (e.g., UniBZ),
  2. To develop a recommender system for identifying documents particularly relevant for each member of the organisation (e.g., administration vs. professors).
