Goal
The overall goal of this project is to develop a foundational framework covering organizations, processes, participants, and information as relevant for knowledge-empowered operational decision support. The framework will foster the development of a new generation of operational support techniques. These techniques will be truly flexible and able to support domain experts and business analysts in the effective execution of business processes.
Objectives
- To enrich process mining and operational decision support with background, and domain knowledge (e.g., to extract event-data from legacy systems).
- To develop a new generation of operational decision support techniques able to support domain experts and business analysts in the effective execution of business processes.
