Goal

The overall goal of this project is to develop a foundational framework covering organizations, processes, participants, and information as relevant for knowledge-empowered operational decision support. The framework will foster the development of a new generation of operational support techniques. These techniques will be truly flexible and able to support domain experts and business analysts in the effective execution of business processes.

Objectives

  1. To enrich process mining and operational decision support with background, and domain knowledge (e.g., to extract event-data from legacy systems).
  2. To develop a new generation of operational decision support techniques able to support domain experts and business analysts in the effective execution of business processes.
