Groups of various nature (e.g., in a family or in a work team) are continuously facing the need to make decisions about common issues. For instance, a software team must decide which requirements to implement in the next version of the system or a group of friends may want to decide which excursion to do. We can evaluate the applicability of user profiling and recommendation techniques for supporting a group to make a decision._
What we need from you
Description of the current decision making process, of the items and the users’ preferences, data describing options and group choices observed in the past.
What you will get
A system design for an application that can help the group members to discuss the issue and suggest decisions that are compatible with the users’ preferences.
Costs
The costs amount to 5.000€+VAT. You can also take advantage of the Lab bonus, which covers 50% to 65% of the incurred costs.
